Free Upgrade

With the “Interior Cleaning Add-On”, you can choose to skip the interior cleaning and get a free upgrade to the next higher exterior cleaning package. This allows you to get the best value for cleaning your car. Learn more about Cross-Grading.

Vacation Hold

Leaving for a month or more? Storing the car for the season? Place your membership on Vacation Hold. Your membership will be paused, and when you lift the hold, you’ll find that you lost no time. Once per year: 30-day minimum, 9 month maximum.

Unlimited Members save on special services and detailing! And now, Unlimited Members save 10 cents per gallon of gas at our Royal Oak location. Take advantage of these special discounts by joining today.

Annual Pay Perks

Signing up for a membership can earn you extra benefits right away! Pay for a year up-front, and we’ll give you a 13th & 14th month free, plus a $40 Jax gift card! Pay for 6 months up-front, and we’ll give you a 7th month free!

Convenient Auto-Billing

We’ll bill your credit card at the frequency you choose (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). Credit cards are not stored by Jax, but by our credit card processor, so it’s safe and secure. We can’t even see your credit card number, so it’s safer than handing it to a human!

Self-Manage Your Account

Through our secure website, you manage your own account! See your payment history, place a vacation hold, and change credit cards, vehicles, and billing frequency from the comfort of your home. You can even upgrade or downgrade your plan type!

Vehicle Recognition

Zip through quickly at our dedicated Unlimited Club-only lane! New in 2020, we now scan your license plate and vehicle make with a high-tech camera to identify you as an Unlimited Club Member. With our Auto-Attendant, you’ll experience a speedy 6-second transaction.

Unlimited Club Gas Discount

Unlimited Club members can enjoy a gas discount of 10 cents per gallon at the Jax Royal Oak location.

Here is how it works:

Get your car washed with your active Unlimited Club Membership at any location
Turn in your car wash receipt inside at participating gas stations (receipt must say “Unlimited Club”)
Pre-pay for your gas inside the store
Pump and go!

Additional Information:
If you pre-pay for more gas than you pump, your credit card will automatically be credited the difference; no need to go back into the store (example: Prepay $25 and pump $22; $3 will get credited back to your card). A receipt is valid for a gas discount for 60 days from the date of the car wash (so save a couple in your glove box!)

Cross-Grade Your Unlimited Club Car Wash

Cross-Grading is a convenient way to choose a different wash on a visit if you wish, and we offer it to our customers for free! Available at select MI locations ONLY.

If you have a 47.99 plan (Basic Plus with Interior Add-On):
Choose either the “Basic Plus with Interior” or “Exterior-only Almost Everything” on any visit.
If you have a 52.99 plan (Almost Everything with Interior Add-On):
Choose either the “Almost Everything with Interior” or “Exterior-only Everything” on any visit.
If you have the 59.99 plan (Everything with Interior Add-On):
Choose either the “Everything with Interior” or “Exterior-only Everything” on any visit. (if you don’t have time or just don’t need the interior cleaning)
