I lost my card. What now?
We will give you a new blank card for no charge. If your lost card was registered (activated), we will transfer the Virtual Punches and Points from your lost card to your new card. See a manager at any location to have your new card updated.
My card is damaged. What now?
We will exchange your damaged card with a new blank card for no charge. If your lost card was registered (activated), we will transfer the Virtual Punches and Points from your lost card to your new card. See a manager at any location to have your new card updated.
I have 2 or more Value Cards with punches & points on it.
Can I combine them?
Sure. Just present both cards to a manager at any location, and we will combine the values of both cards on to one. Both cards must be activated.
